The manifesto champions openness as the foundation for a co-evolving human-AI civilization — Open Source Will Win the Future. HeroRank is an annual ranking of Chinese open-source developers, jointly initiated by OpenSource.Win, KaiYuanShe, and the X-lab Open Lab, and powered by the OpenRank algorithm.
